Heard learned^{counselfor the petitioners' learned Government} Pleader for^{Home appearingfor respondentNos'1 to 3' and with the} consent of^{the learned counsel appearingfor the parties' the Writ Petition} is taken up^{for hearing and disposalat the admission stage'}

Having regard^{to the mannerof disposal of the Writ Petitionat the} admission^{stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view} that notice to^{unofficialrespondent No.4 is not necessaryfor adiudication} of the Present^{WritPetition.}

The case of the^{petitioners,in brief,isthat,basing on the complaint} madeb'ithe4threspondentherein,therespondents.authoritiesare harassing the^{petitioners under the guise of investigation into the crime} registered against^{them and are coercing them to enter into settlement or} agreementinrelationtocommercialpremisessituatedatRedHills,which action of the^{respondents-authoritiesit iS contended as illegal,arbitrary} andViolativeofArticles14,2land300-AoftheConstitutionoflndia'

Per contra, learned^{GovernmentPleaderfor Home appearingon} behalf of respondent^{Nos.1to 3 would submitthat basedon the complaint} made by the 4th respondent^{herein, the respondents-authoritieshave}

registered a case, videCrime No.1B4 of 2025 on 09.07.2025; that in the course of investigation into the aforesaid crime, the authorities have issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS to the petitioners and others and calred upon the petitioners and others to submit documents/ information for the authorities to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crime registered; and that the petitioners without furnishing the information/ documenb in connection with the aforesaid crime, have approached this court by filing the present writ petition making false and baseless allegations against the respondents-authorities.

Learned Government pleader further submits that the respondentsauthorities' on registering the aforesaid crime, have arready issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS, and after conducting investigation into the aroresaid crime, wouid take further actjon in accordance with law and are not harassing the petitioners.

Learned Government pleader further submits that insofar as the claim of the petitioners of the respondents-authorities coercing them to enter into an agreement or seftlement in relation to commercial property at Red Hills is concerned, the same is denied.

The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 is taken on record.
