s/o Salaiah, who claims to be his father_in_law, are trying to encroach on to land in Sy.No.337lAAl1 and for the said reason, one Lingamaiah had approached the respondents-authorities and rodged a compraint based on which, the authorities have registered a case vide Crime No.5 of 2025 dt.21.01.2025, wherein the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 4.

5' Learned Government preader further submits that in the aforesaid crime, the authorities have already issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS to accused Nos.1 and 2 and are conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime.

Learned Government pleader further submits that thereafter the said Lingamaiah had approached the respondents-authorities and lodged another complaint against the petitioners and others, and based on the aforesaid complaint, the authorities have registered a case, vide Crime No.10B of 2025 dt.02.07,2025, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 3.

Learned Government pleader further submits that in the aforementioned crime arso the respondents-authorities have issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS to accused Nos.z to 4 and that the respondents-authorities are conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime in accordance with law.
