The learned Standing Counsel representing thc respondents has placed a copy of the written instructions dated 10.07.2o2s and submitted that the petitioner previously obtainccl a passport bearing No.J5o48759 dated 18.04.201 I 'arid ttr 12.o4.2o2r *.ith crare of birth as 08.O8.1941 and now requesring Lo amend the date of birth as 08.08.1935. Since there was a difference of six ],ears in date of birth she was advised to submiL another proof of rcsidcnce 1br furLher process. The petiLioner did not submit anlr e11-r". At this stage, the learned counsel for tl,re peti[ioner u,ould submit that the petitioner is a Government pensioner ar-rd in alr the records her date of birth is recorciecl as 0g.0g.1935 and now the petitioner is ready to submit some other documcnLs disclosing the correct date of birlh of the pctitioner lbr which, thc learr-red counsel representgg the respondents acceded to consider the fresh application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
