WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Asma Nahid(part in person) presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of [\Iandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not issuing FIR copy of the Deceased N4ohammed Khaja as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural^justice, consequently direct the respondent No.3 to issue FIR copy of the deceased [Vlohammad Khaja,
