The case of the^petitioners, in brief,'i5 that the^petitioners belong to Mondibanda Community,^{which is B.C. de-notified} nomadic Tribe. The^{petitioners have been living inthe} Government land admeasuring^ranging 50^{to 60 squads for the} last 30 to 40^years and the Government^{had issuedration cards,} Aadar cards and sanctioned Gas^{Cylinders to them.When the} petitioners approached the respondents for^{providing electricityto} their huts, the respondents refused to^{provideelectricity} connections to the^{petitioners' huts. Hence, the petitioners} approached the Court by^{filing the present writ petition'}
