No. A2t577t2023, dated 24- 06- 2023 duly protecting their seniorrty with benefits incidental and ancillary thereto duly holding the action of the Respondents in not deputing the Petitioners for Survey Training while deputing the persons who were included below them in the selection list and thereby denying consideration of promotion as senior Assistants at the threshold itself, as being arbitrary, illegar, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the constitution of lndia.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a letter has been addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) on 25.0t.2025 seeking permission for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition.
