Heard learned counsei for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim order on 09.08.20 19 in I.A.No.1 of 2Ol9 in WP No.17O6O of 2Ol9 directing the Registering Authorities to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
