Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Roads arrd Buildings appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is hled questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 and 24.O4.2025 and further trying to dispossess the petitioner from his land in Sy.No.4S 1 of Alampally Village Shivar in the guise of road expansion of Alampally to Girgit Village, without proper demarcation and initiation
