Heard learned counsel fof the petitioner and lcarnecl Assistant Government plqader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the p€titioner submits that at the timc of admission, this Cour( granted interim ordcr on 20.O7.2O21, direcfing the gegistering Authorities to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner if it is otherwise found to be in compliance with the requircments of the Registration Act, 190g, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1g99.

Today, when the matter ts taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the pelitioner submits that in pursuance to the interim ordet passed by this Court on 2O.O7.2021 , the Registering Alrthorities have registered the subjcct document.
