This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of

Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

'...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more^{particula y} one in^the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents police in not taking any action against the culprits basing on registration of FIR in Crime No.127l2017 dated L3.O2.2O17 registered under Sections 42O, 506 of IPC and continuing their threats alld again criminally trespassed into the house and beat the petitioner and his family members threatened and damaged walls of the house arrd made a complaint ot 24.O4.2014 even in that complaint also the 3.d respondent police not taking any action against the culprits is illegal and arbitrary and opposed to Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and to^pass..."

None appeared for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit I that Crime No.127 of 2Ol7 was investigated and final report endorsing civil in nature was hled on 09.10.2018 on^{the file} of learned IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate,^Kukatpally.

Thus, the contest of the petitioner does not survive.

Having regard to the contention^{of the petitioner that} after registration of Crime No.i27 of 2017, the respondentPolice authorities are not taking ary action and^the

developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is evident that the respondent-Police have

effectively addressed the grievance contested in the petition.

Accordingly, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this matter and this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
