This writ petition is filed seeking^{following reliet}

It is stated that^{petitioner is the absolute owner and possessorof} agricultural land admeasuring^{Acs.2.OO guntasout of Acs' 3'28guntas in} Survey No.6O/ 1, situated^{at Thirmalpur Village, PudurMandal,Ranga} Reddy District (for short, 'the^{subjectlandJ, having purchased the same} under a registered^{Sale Deed bearing Document No.191 of 2014 dated} o1.o2.2o24. It is^{furtherstatedthat petitioner's name was mutated in the} revenue records and old^{pattadar passbookwas also issued to her uide File} No.B/2479 12016 dated^{og.12.2016.The grievance of the petitioneris that} she submitted a representation^{dated 23.05.2025 to respondent Nos.2,3} and 4 for issuance of digital^{pattadarpassbook in respectof the subject} land, but till date the said representation^{was not consideredby respondent} Nos.2, 3 and 4. Hence, the present^{writ petition.}

Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is <lisposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Larrd) Act, 2025 (for short, 'the Act 1 of 2O25'l z'.nd if the petitioner submits . online application in the prescribed lormat in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the same fulfills all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authoritie:; will consider the same, in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seel.:ing to upload her name in the Bhu Bharati Web Portal and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land and for issuance of. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulhlls all the requirements under the provisions of the Act I of 2025 ar.d the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fullrll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a re.asoned order, in
