This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, is filed seeking the following rclicf:

2 It is stated that the petitioner,s grandfather by nan-.e Boini Nimmaya has purchased the agl.jcuitLlral lancl admeasuring Acs.2.37 guntas in dy.No.310/A, sitlrated at Nandikandi Village, Sadasivapct Mandal, Salgarcddy District. Altcr the dcmise of petitioner's grandfather, the said property tvas inherited by his sons, including the petitioner,s fati.-cr-. It is further submitted that taking undue advantage of rnentally unstable condition of pctitioncr's father, the brothers of the petitioner got registered the subject property in their names rvithout the consent of the petitioner. Upon knowing the said lact, the petitioner approached respondent No.2 by filing represcntation dated 28.Oa.2O23 requesting to cnquire into the matter and cancel the registrations in favour of his brothers uid_e sale deed bearing document Nos.2699 of 2023 and 2881 of 2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after r-eceiving the said representation,

the respondent authorities have not acted upon the same. Hence, the present writ petition.
