Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of MANDAMUS declaring the decision of the l st Respondent in not passing the petitioner in the Public Examination of 2nd year lntermediate Course, April/May2O2O as has been done in the case of other lntermediate students who have registered and appeared in the said Public Examination in view of the Covid19 Pandemic as unreasonable, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to declare the petitioner as passed in 2nd yeat lntermediate Course Public Examination, 2020.

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not declaring the petitioner as passed in the Intermediate II year public examinations Apnl/May'2O2O on part with other students who were declared as passed in view of the Covid- l9 Pandemic, AS illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

Sri T.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner arrd learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaleous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
