On the earlier occasion i.e., on 03.09.2025 as there was no rgpresentation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed for dismissal. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed for dismissal. Therefore, it is evidencing that the petitioner is not evincing aly interest to prosecute the case Hence, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
