It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.5.04 guntas in Sy.No.54, situated at Pavapur Village, Bommalaramaram Mandal, Nalgonda District, having inherited the same by them from their ancestors. It is further stated that they have made representation on 24.O8.2O21 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, seeking for issuance of pattadar passbooks in their favour. The grievance of the petitioners is that despite receiving the representations, tJre respondent authorities did not consider their application.

Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed ofat the admission stage.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents vehemently contended^that the petitioners have made representation under the^provisionsof the Telangana Rights in Land^{and Pattadar} Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short 'the Act 9 of 2O2O"l, and the same has been recently repealed and replaced with Bhu^Bharati (Record of Rights in Land)

In view cf the above submissions, this Court is of ttre opinion that the ,:nds of^justice would be met, if the petitioners are permitted to rrLzrke appropriate application seeking for issuance of pattadar passbooks in terms of the Bhu Bharati Act.
