Learned counsel^{for the petitioner submitsthat respondent} Nos. 2 and^{6 failed to conduct a proper and effective investigation} in Crime^{No. 169 of 2O18 of P'S' Dundigai' registered under the} Scheduled^{Castes and ScheduiedTribes (Preventionof Atrocities)} Act, 1989. Hence,^{the present writ petitionhas been filed seeking} appropriate^directions.

relevant aspects, a final report was liled on 07.1O.2020 before the VII Additional Distrir:t artd Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for trial of cases under the SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989, Kushaiguda, ciassifying the allegations as "false." Therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioner does not survive for consideration.

The petitioner's grievalce is that the respondent police authorities failed to conduct a proper investigation. However, the development reported by the iearned Assistant Government Pleader indicates that, after invesligation, a linal report has already been hled before the competent Court. In this factual scenario, nothing further remains for adjudication in this writ petition.

7 . While disposing of this writ petition, the nghts of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies before the jurisdictional Court, if the cause ol'action still survives, are expressly reserved. There shall be no order as to costs.
