Heard learned counsel for the^petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the^pafties, the^{Writ Petition} is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.

Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of^{the. view} that notice to unofficial respondent No.5 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the^{petitioner,in} brief,^is that thouqh he has approached the 4th respondent-authority and submitted complaints dt.03.03.2025 and 05.03.2025, no action has been initiated thereon till date by registering an FIR, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the 4th respondent authority, on receiving the aforesaid complaints, after causing^preliminary enquiry, had registered a case, vide Crime No.421 of 2025 dt.24.04.2025.
