Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

This writ petition is fi1ed by the petitioner questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in refusing the request of the petitioner to validatc the Agreement of Sale dated 1O.05.2O 17 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.190 situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District vide Letter No.G2 I 3675 12024, dated 1 1.¹ 1.2024
