ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Forests has furnished a copy of the instructions received by him from the Forest Divisional Officer, Gudur (WLM) Division, according to which all the petitioners have already bcen granted Recognition of Forests Right title deeds in respect of the subject property. It is further submitted that petitioner Nos.S and 6 are husband and rr,'i t-e and therefore, the Recognition of Forest Right title deed has becn granted in favour of the 6th petitioner. Hence, according to him the cause in the writ petition does not survive lor adjudication.
