It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of H.No.1-39 along with land appurtenant thereto admeasuring Ac.O.15 guntas, situated in Sy.No. 174l I /2t /4 of Dabba Village, Chintanamanepally Mandal, Khumaram Bheem Asifabad District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.791 of 2O2O, d,ated 26.02.2020. It is further stated that the vendor of the petitioner and his predecessors-in-interest are the absolute owners of the land and the vendor of the petitioner was also issued pattadar passbook No.T1603001O45O uide Khata No.916 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Larld and pattadar passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "tJe Act 9 of 2O2O"). It is further stated that after purchase of the said property, the petitioner also constructed a small tin roof shed and the satne was assigned house number and was assessed to property tax and the local authorities also issued water supply and electric supply connections to the said house and he has been enjoying the said property. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.3 to 5 are frequently interfering with his peaceful possession over the

subject property without issuing any notice and without following due process of law.

Considered the submissions made by tlre learned counsel for the parLies and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had purchased the property, which is adjacent to the Government land and when the petitioner is trying to occupy the said Government land and to make constructions, the respondent authorities have restricted him and they have not interfered with the peaceful possession of the peLitioner's property, in any manner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that if the petitioner is found occupied the Government land, the respondent authorities will follow due process of law.

In view of the above submissions and since it is stated that the petitioner had purchased the property through registered sale deed and a house is existing in that area, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if the

Government has any claim over the subject^{property, the} respondent authorities shall follow due^process of law^for eviction of the petitioner from the Govemment land.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed
