Heard Sri Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the pt:titioner and Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-S;tate.

Lr:arned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pet.itioner 15a native of Hanamkonda and that the witnes:ses also belong to Hanamkonda. It is further submitted that in order to depose against the accused, they ar:e required to travel to Mulugu by crossing forest areas, which causes serious difficulty and apprehension, as the witnesses are facing threat at the hands of the accuseC.

On the other hand., notice has been served on all the respondents, but only respondent No.4 appdared and stated that he has no objection to the transfer of the case.

Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that the witnesses in S.C. No of 2023 are under threat from the accused, the case is thdrawn from the Court of the Principal District & Judge, Mulugu, and transferred to the Court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Hanamkonda.
