This Court doth Order and Decree as follows:

That the MACMA be_and hereby is ailowed by enhancing the compensation amount from Rs.6,65,000/- to Rs. 11,37,600r- JRupees Ebven Laihs trirty seven thousand and six-hundred only) which Shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of firing the craim apprication tiil the date of rJizalioni

That the apportionment of the compensation amount be and hereby ,riir.o in the following proportion;

Petitioner No.1 (Wife of the deceased) Rs.5,00,000/_ (Rupees Five Lakhs only)

Petitioner No.2 (daughters of the deceased) Rs.4,37,600! (Rupees Four Lakhs thirty Seven thousand and six hundred only)

That the amount awarded to the petitioner No.2 be and hereby is ordered tobe-
