The singular point raised by the learned counsel^{for the} petitioner is that in a matrimonial matter i.e., F.C.O.P.No.679 of 2023, the II Additional Family Court, City Civil Court,^Hyderabad, ('Family Court') has posted the matter for recording of evidence of respondent from 15.07.2024 onwards. The Family Court^maybe directed to record the evidence and dispose of the matter at^the earliest
