This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction for disposal of interim petition/D.V.C. No.22 of 2O2O on the file of the learned II Additional Junior Civil .ludge cum-[l Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad.

Having considered the submissions and the objective of the legislation under which the petition has been filed and the mandate of Section 12(5) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, directing the Court below to prioritize the main D.V.C. No.22 of 2O2O for earlier adjudication.

Accordingly, learned II Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ni2amabad, is directed to expedite the proceedings in D.V.C. No.22 of 2O2O and determine the matter at the earliest, preferably within a period of tu'o (O2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
