This revision petitlon has been filed assailing the order dated 16 12.2024 in l.A.No.6 of 2024 in O S.No.135 of 2021, on the file of the lV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nizamabad

At hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the revision petitioners intend to avail remedy available before the District Court and prayed for leave to withdraw the revision petition granting liberty to approach the District Court concerned and explore the way outs as per law
