Seeking the Court to enlarge the petitioner-accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.41 of 2025 of Ramakrishnapur Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short ‘BNS’), on bail, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

The brief facts of the case are that, on 21.03.2025, the de-facto complainant lodged a report stating that on the same day he returned from Hyderabad to house and observed that his son’s bed room door was opened and was died by hanging with saree to wooden bean at roof top of the house and his legs were touched to the bed and opposite of the bed one stool was there and he found a suicide note wherein he mentioned that due to the harassment of accused Nos.1 to 4, he committed suicide.

Basing on the said complaint, the police registered a case against the accused vide Crime No.41 of 2025 for the above said offences.

Heard Sri Kondadi Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence, and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 18.07.2025, and that the material part of the investigation has

been completed, including the examination of sixteen witnesses. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioners by allowing this criminal petition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners by contending that the allegations against the petitioners were serious in nature and that the investigation is in progress and if the petitioners are released on bail, at this

stage, they may tamper with the evidence and may threaten the witnesses. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and a perusal of the material available on record, it is observed that the petitioners are in jail from 18.07.2025 and as the material part of the investigation is completed and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioners subject to the following conditions:

i. The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial.

ii. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 A.M., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.

iii. The petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 483(3) of BNSS.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed.
