This petition is filed seeking quashment of the C.C.No.96 of 2021 on the lile of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kamareddy, against the petitioner/accused.

Heard [/r Asadulla Shareef, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State

The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 in C.C.No.96 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 29O,323, 447 and 427 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is resolved to face the proceedings, his presence before the trial Court on each adjournment^{is causing severe hardshipand} effecting his employment.^{Therefore,prayed for dispensinghis} personal presence unless^{it is required for the proceedingsand such} direction would^{redresshis grievance.}

Additionally it is specified that any lapse in abiding the above conditions would render this order ineffective
