This criminal petition is fi1ed^{by the petitiot-rer/A. 1 seeking} bail in connection with Crime^{No.9 of 2025 of Balapur Police} Station, Rachakonda, Ranga^{Reddy District. The offences} alleged against the petitioner^{are under Sections143 (5), 146,} 49 of Bharzrtiya Nyaya Sanhita,^{2O23, Section 79 of Juveniie} Justice Act and under Section^{14 (1) of Child Labour Act.}

The case of the prosecution^{is that on7 .O7.2025,at 22'OO} hours, Kataram Hemalatha, a^{social worker, ltled a complaint} statinEl that she, along^{with police personnel,foundseven minor} boys working at MM Food Product^{Company,Ga1ly No.4,New} Baba Nagar, Balapur, as^{part of Operation Smile-XI.Theboys,} aged 14 to 16, who were^{working there are from West Bengal} and they clieimed that they^{were ernployed by SyeclShaGhouse} Mohinuddin Hussain Quadri,^{petitioner herein. The contractor,} Swapan Shaik from Kolkata,^{allegedly transportedthe minors} from West Bengal and underpaid^{them. Hence, rhe complainant} requested actron against the^petitioner for illegally^employing and exploiting the minor boys.

Heard Sri K.Sai Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-state.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations against the petitioner are false, fabricated and concocted for the purpose of this case, that petitioner never engaged minor boys from West Bengal through A.2 and made them to work even in odd hours by paying less amount. He further contended that petitioner is in jail for the last 2O days and there are no criminal antecedents against him. Most of the investigation is completed, except for filing of charge sheet. Hence, prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed bail stating that the alleged offences against the petitioner are exploitation of minor children which is serious in nature and investigation is not yet completed. As such, prayed to dismiss this petition.

Considering the submissions made by both the counsel and the materia-l on record, the allegations leveled against the petitioner are severe in nature and the minor children are from

West Bengal, the investigation is not^{yet completed,the} statement of rvitnesses who are^{minor children also showsthat} they are made to rvork forcibly.^Therefore, at^{this stage,} petitioner is not entitled for bail.
