This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.657 of 2o2s of Meerpet Police station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under section 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya sanhita, 2023 (for short, ,BNS) and section 3(l)(r)(s) of the scs/srs (poA) Amendment Act, 2015.

l.' It is submitted that the present Crime in FIR No.657 of 2025 On the fite of the Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda, for the offences U/Sec.352 BNS, :(1)(0(s) SC ST POA ACT 2015, as I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.

The Petitioner respectfully submits that the allegations in the complaint are that "on 22.05.2025 at 20:3)hrs, recetved a complainant from de-facto complatnant, In which he alleged agatnst the petittoner thcit th,e petttioner had issued cheques to the complainant for an amount of Rs. 50,00,000/. (Rupees Frfty Lakhs only). However, the cheques were dtshonoured (bounced). Subsequently, the petitioner agreed to repay the amount but kept postponing the payment dates. On 24.04.2025, the complatnant vtsited the petttioner house along with hts communtty elders to request repayment. In their presence, the petittoner assured that he would repay the amount within one week. However,

4' I submit that during the pendency of the said case at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers the niatter has been amicably settled and to that effect the defacto complainant has decidecl to withdraw the same by filing a permission petition. Further, the Petitioner / Defacto cornplainant herein entered a nletnorandum of Understancling dated 25.06.2025, by duly recording the compromise. In vierv of the sarne, the Petitioner herein is praying to . withdraw the case against the accused/ Respondent herein.

5' It is submitted due to the intervention of the elder and well-wishers both the parties i'e', Petitioner and de-facto cornplaint and came to an amicable conclusion to rvithclraw the allegations and cornplaint to settle the issue out of the court for r'vhich both of thern agreed for r.vhich the complainant agreed to withdrarv the case to that affect he hacl filed afficlavit and also joint cotnpromise memo.
