This Criminal Petition is filed under Sectio n 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for shon,^,BNSS) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.178 of 2025 of Suraram Police Station, Cryberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1) r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Ny"y, Sanhitha, 2OZ3 (for short'BNS).

The case of the prosecurion is rhat on 31.03.2025 at about 11:30 hours, the complarnant filed ,r complaint stating that on the said date at about OZ:3O a.m., rhe petitioner/accused No.3, called his son ro rhe scene of offence and CCL.1 and C(L.2, keeping in view rhe previou_s dispr"rres, beat his son with roclq centering stick and also 'rith trands black and blue, as a

Irarned counsel for the petitioner/accused No3 submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicared in the aforesaid crime and even accorrding to the allegations made in the complaint, rhe entire allegations are levelled against CCL.1, CCL.2 and orher accused onlyand there are no allegations, much less specific allegations, levelled against t}re petitioner and in fact, he acted as a mediator to dissolve the dispute between the deceased and accused No.2 and hence, the ingredients of Section 103 of BNS are nor artracrd agairst hirn Fk funher submits rhat CCI.I, CCL.2 and accused Nos.1 and 2 in the aforesaid crime were already enlarged on bail and the investigation officer conducted the invesrigation and recorded the statements of 16 wirnesses and the pedtioner is punuing B.Tech III year and is not having any criminal anrecedents and prays ro grant anticipatory bail as he is ready and willing to
