The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the Cr.No.298 of 2O24 dated 26.1I.2024 of Raghnathpalli Police Station, Warangal District, registered against the petitioner/accused for the offences under Sections 296(bl, 115(2) of BNS.
