This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'C.lR.p.C,) by the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.1001 of 2022 on the file of the Rayadurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 441 ,421 and 430 read with 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard [t/r. Lala Ramu, learned Counsel, learned counsel for petitioner and lVr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nc,.1-State.
