This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crirninal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.'1 to 4 in Crime No. 41 of 2024 oI WPS South West Zone (Hyderabad), Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 354, 406, 506 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,^'1 961
