This Criminal Petition is filed by. the petitioners /Accused^{Nos.3 to} 6,^seeking to^{quash the proceedings} against them in Crime No.4 of 2024, on the file of CCS, EOW Team-IV, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under ,^{Sections 4O6 and 42O r/w.34 of IPC and Section 5 of} Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 to 6 and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The defacto complainant/ 2na respondent lodged a complaint with CCS alleging that A- 1 company has collected amounts, however, properties were not registered.

:Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

that these petitioners have nothing to do with the day-to-day affairs of A-1 company. They are the family members of A-2

and that they are being wrongfully array:cl as accused without there being any evidence against tltem. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners have obtained anticipatory bail and the Sessions Court grantt:d bail on the ground that :here are no specihc allegations. in the complaint.

Since the personal liberty is already protected, whether the petitioners are involved in collection of anrounts or they are in any way responsible in day-to-day affairs of the company are all subject matter of investigation. The same can be informed to the Investigating ()lficer. The Investigating Officer shall consider the explanation, if any given by the petitioners and conclude the invesligation.
