Petitioners, who are accused Nos.'l to 5 in FIR No.179 ol 2024 of Sirpur-T Police Station, Kumarambheem Asifabad District registered for the offences under Sections 85, 115(2), 292,351 read with 3(5) of BNS and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 3(2)^(va), 3(1) (r) (s) of SC Sf POA Act, is seeking to quash the proceedings against them.

2 Heard lVl/s.P.Vishnu, learned counsel for the^petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the record.

Though this petition is filed for^quashing the^{proceedingsin} the crime, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for^petitioners have sought for directions to the Police to proceed with investigation by issuing notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Previously Section 41-A of Cr.P.C ).

ln view of the above, without going into merits of the matter, this criminal^petition is disposed of directing the Police concerned to^proceed with the investigation in the above crime after issuing notice under^Section 35(3) of BNSS (Previously Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.) to^the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5, and he shall also follow the^guidelines of
