ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.3 to 6 seeking to quash the proceedings against them tn C.C.No.379 of 2023 pending on the file of the learnerl trial Court.

Heard Sri^praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Though this Criminal petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has restricted his prayer to the extent of seeking direction to the rearned triar court to dispose of cc ,s expeditaousry as possible, as well as dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the learned trial Court.

04 ln view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that the cc is of the year 2023, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of C C.No.379 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. However, the appearance of the petitioners_i:ccused Nos.3
