This criminal petition is hled under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, the BNSS') seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order d,ated 29.O7.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.No.53 of 2025 in Crime No. 1O82 of 2024 by the learned Special Sessions Judge for Trial and Disposal of Cases under POCSO Act, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. By the impugned order, the trial Court granted bail to the petitioner subject to the petitioner executing a personal bond of Rs.2S,OOO/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Heard Sri Baglekar Akash Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for petitioner/accused No.1 submitted that the petitioner is not financially stable to execute a personal boncl of Rs.25,OOO/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial Court as per the order

dated 29.01.2025. Hence, he sought for relaxation of the said condition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, ttris Court is inclined to relax the said condition by reducing the personal bond amount from Rs.2s,000/- to Rs.2O,O0O/-.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of and condition imposed in the order dated 29 .07.2025 passed by the trial Court, in Crl.M.P.No.53 of 2025 in Crime No.l082 of 2024, is hereby relaxed directing the petitioner to execute a persondl of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial Court as per the order dated 29.Or.2025..
