This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in S.C.No.50 of 2024 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SCs/STs (POA) Act-cum-Il Additional District and

Sessions Judge at Nalgonda.

Heard Ms.T.Dhanalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.V.Jithendar Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

Though the criminal petition was filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in S.C.No.5O of 2024 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SCs/STs (POA) Act-cum-Il Additional District and

Sessions Judge at Nalgonda, during the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer requesting this Court to dispense with the appeararlce of the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 4 in S.C.No.50 of 2024 on the file of' Special Sessions Judge for SCs/STs (POA) Act-cum-[[ Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nalgonda, on the ground that the petitioner Nos.l to 3 are eaking out their livelihood by doing agriculture and petitioner No.4 is a student and therefore, it is very difficult to attend the Court on each and every date of adjournnrent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submission made by the leamed counsel fbr petitioners

In view of the above submissions, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the pr-esence of the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 4 in S.C.No.50 of 2024on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SCs/srs (PoA) Act-cum-Il Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nalgonda, is dispensed with, subject to the condition that they shall represent through their counsel on each and every date of hearing. If the presence of the petitioners is required, they shall appear before the trial Court. In case of their non-appearance on the specific date fixed by the trial Courl fbr
