This Criminal Petition has been hled by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6358 of 2025 on the hle of the VI Additional Chief Mctropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Heard Mr.Mohammed Abdul Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Hasnain Khan, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.V.Jithender Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and cLders, the parties have settled the

disputes pending between them and entered int() compromise and filed Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, the J arties have hled I.A.Nos.2 and I] of 2025 seeking permission tr,r :ompromise the matter and to record the compromise entercd bctr,r:t :n them.

This Court uide order, dated 2g.l l.2O2S, cli- cted the parties i.e., the petitioner ald respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabacl. on or before 05.12.2025. In compliance of the said ordcr, tl.rr: Secretary, Hrgh Court Legal Services Committec, has submittr ( report, dated 04.I2.2025, stating that the petitioner, and respr r clcnt No.2 were duly identified rvith copies of thcir Aadhar Carr: It is further stated that the parties have willfully and withcr t anv coercion entered into compromise.
