This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in FIR No.418 of 2025, on.the file of the Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein the^petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3, for the offences^punishable under Sections 121(l) and 351(3) r/w 3(5) ofthe Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha,2023

Learned counsel for the petitioners raised sevete I grounds, but restricted his prayer requesting the Court to direct tl t Investigating Officer to follow the procedure as contemplated uncltr Section 4l-A of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short, 'C" p.C.')/Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2C 23 ('for short, 'BNSS') and also the guidelines formulated by the l,.pex Court in Arnesh Kunrur Vs, State of Biharl.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor subrri ted that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the Invest l ating Officer, and on such appearance, the Investigating Officer rv,l rssue nottce under Section 4l-A of the Cr.P.C./Section 35(3) of th.: BNSS. Taking into consideration the facts and circurrsrances of the case and the submissions made by the respective p a ties, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, the petiti, ,ners/accused Nos.2 and 3 are directed to appear before the Investigatirrg Officer, on or before 19.12.2025, and on such appearance, thc Investigating Officer is entitled to issue notice under Section .' t-A of the
