When the matter is taken up, Ms.Tejaswi, learned counsel representing Dr.Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite giving NOC (No objection certihcate) to the petitioner, none appeared for the petitioner on earlier several occasions.
Though notice was served to the petitioner party-inperson, neither the petitioner engaged counsel nor appeared before the Court till today. It is presumed that the petiLioner is not interested to proceed with the criminal petition which pertains to the year 20 14.
Hence, the Criminal Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
