ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the^Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short^'BNSS, 2023)^seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.336 of 2024 of AJ Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal District.

The petitioner is sole accused in Crime No.336 of 2024, registered for the offence^punishable under Section 324 of the lndian Penal^Code, 1860

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the^petrtioner and numbered as C.C.No.1918 of 2024.

Having regard to the development in lhe^proceedings and as^the petitioner has to reconstruct and strategize the pleadings, granting liberty to the^petitioner to file appropriate application to^{challenge the} precipitated proceedings. rf so advised this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
