Hence, he prayed t< quash the proceedings against the petitioners

The truth or otherwise in the said allegatbns shall come out during the course of trial. Therefrore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the trial Court. However, the appearance of the^petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court unless their^presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of^petitioners being represented by their counselon every date of hearing.
