This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short^'BNSS') seeking to set-aside the order dated 04.06.2025 passed tn Crl.M.P.No.93 o'f 2025 in F.C.M.C.No.12 of 2019, on the file of the learned Family Court-cum-lv Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar and to permit the petitioner to produce respondent No.2 for giving evidence in F.C.M.C.No.12 of 2019.
