ORDER:

. This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to i 2 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is hled seeking to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience and violation of the order passed by this court in W.P.No. 18939 of 2O2t dated 13.08.2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government pleader for Services-I, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.p.No.1g939 of 2021, the respondents have passed the orders vide Notice Nos.ENC/Irrgn/LMD /78t, ENC/Irrgn/LMD /282, ENC/ Irrgn/LMD/ 783 and ENC / Irrgn/ LM D / 7 84, a tt dated 25.02.2022.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the above made submissions, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty tb the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 25.02.2022, if they so desire. No costs.

Pending miscellaleous petitions, if an , shall stand closed.
