Learned counscl lirr the petitioners submits that the petitioners lost thcir lands in Nettempadu project and the State Government has takcn a policv decision in G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04. 1986, to providc crnplovmcnt to the displaced persons or their dependants.
