Heard Sri Subba Rao Vadrevu, tearned counse! appearing on behalf of the petitioner and tearned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1.

This Contempt Case is filed complaining violation of the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.p. No.33600 of 2023.

Taking into consideration the report dated 23.1O.201.9 vide RC No.B/a73/2019 of the 4th respondent addressed to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said report dated 23.10.20t9 of the 4th respondent in accordance to law and pass appropriate orders as per Section 2 of the Khazi Act, 1BB0 and duly communicate the decision to the petitioner within a

The learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare placing reliance on the averments of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.1 in particular para No.17, contends that in compliance to the orders of this Court dated 01.04.2024 passed in W.P. No. 33600 of 2023 the application of the petitioner dated L6.10.2023 for appointment of Khazi tc [vlatoor Village, Madhira mandal, Khammam District was considered under Section 2 of Kazis Act, 1BB0 and rejected vide Govf. Memo No. 33/EsttI/2019-9, dated 07 .02.2025 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

This Court opines that there is no deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court, dated OL.O4.2O24 passed in W.P.No.336OO of 2O23.

The Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies as are available

to the petitioner against the said order of rejection dated 07.O2.2O2S issued to the petitioner as per law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
