It is represented by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.p.No.4292 of 2025, hence, the writ petition courd be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
