Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 brings on record Letter No. AG(A&E)/P|ZIIS-2301/Sps6S12OL7_to/2330, dated 28.08.2025, issued by the Senior Accounts Officer, Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Telangana, Hyderabad, and submits that the retirement benefits of the petitioner^'have been duly sanctioned by the competent authority and as per the details of the said retirement benr:fits, a total sum of Rs.76,245/_ had been determined as payable to the petitioner and hence, the present contempt could be closed since there is no contempt.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No,4 submits that the orders of this Court dated 27.10.2022 passed in W.p.No.22O76 of 2O2O had been complied with.
