Heard Smt.R.Madhavitatha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners., and learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing on behalf of the Respondent.

Complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 13.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.34397 of 2023, the present Contempt Case is filed.

"The writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the request of the petitioners as put forth by the petitioners representation dated 23.08.2021 addressed to the 2nd respondent herein seeking providing an opportunity to cultivate the subject land situated in Sivalingalapalli Village, Konaraopeta Mandal in Sy.Nos.72/Ll1, 75/3, L2/Ll3 by duly calling for all the required documents evidencing the fact of possession of the subject lands by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners

dated 23.08.202L in accordance to law, in conformity with principles of natural justice by giving an opportunity of^personal hearing to the petitioner within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and duly communicate the decision to the petitioners withln two (02) weeks thereafter. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 13.02.2025 passed in W.p.No.34397 of 2023 the Forest Range Officer, Siricilla passed the orders ,ride proceedings dated 26.07,2025 in Rc.tlo.WP No.34397 oF 2023,,'SRL.

Learned Government^pleader further submitp that aggrleved by the said orders dated 26.07.2025 passed by the Forest Range Officer, Siricilla, in compliance to the directicns of this Court dated 13.02.2025 passed in W.p.No.343g7 of 2023, the petitloner had even prcfe:-red an aopeal before the District Forest Officei, Rajanna Siriciila and Karinnnagar District, and therefore, the present contempt case needs to be closed and the the plea of the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 13.42,2025 passed in V/.P.No.34397 of 2023 is not complied by the respondent is incorrect, and false.
